Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Great India Planner. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
Company: Great India Planner
Client: Any individual or entity booking travel services with Great India Planner
Services: Travel-related services offered by Great India Planner, including but not limited to, tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and travel insurance

2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in cancellation of the booking.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in fuel prices, or other economic variables. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment is received.
Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified during the booking process.
Late Payments: If payments are not made by the due dates, Great India Planner reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total cost
30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
Cancellation by Company: Great India Planner reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees.
Non-Refundable Components: Certain components of the travel package may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Travel Documents
Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any necessary visas for their travels. Great India Planner can provide assistance but holds no responsibility for any issues related to travel documents.
Health Requirements: Clients must meet all health requirements for the countries they are visiting. Any health-related expenses are the client’s responsibility.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other potential risks.

5. Changes to Bookings
Amendments by Client: Clients may request changes to their bookings. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Amendments by Company: Great India Planner reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary or services if necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.

6. Accommodation and Transport
Accommodation Standards: Accommodation will be provided as per the category booked. We strive to ensure the highest standards but are not responsible for the services provided by third-party hotels.
Transport: Transport will be arranged as per the itinerary. We ensure the use of reliable and comfortable vehicles but cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by transport providers.

7. Activities and Excursions
Inclusions: The price of the tour includes activities and excursions as specified in the itinerary. Any additional activities will be at the client’s expense.
Safety: Clients must follow safety instructions provided by guides or activity providers. Great India Planner is not liable for any injuries sustained during activities or excursions.

8. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Great India Planner acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by these suppliers. The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Force Majeure: Great India Planner is not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, or strikes.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own actions during the trip. Great India Planner is not liable for any losses or damages caused by client negligence.

9. Conduct
Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect the laws and customs of the countries they visit. Great India Planner reserves the right to terminate the services of any client whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.
Damage to Property: Clients will be held responsible for any damage they cause to properties or facilities used during their travels.
Respect for Others: Clients must respect the rights and privacy of other travelers. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

10. Special Requests
Dietary and Medical Needs: Clients must inform Great India Planner of any dietary restrictions or medical needs at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.
Special Assistance: Clients requiring special assistance must notify us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs.

11. Complaints
Complaints Handling: Any complaints must be raised with the tour leader or representative as soon as possible. If the issue is not resolved, a formal complaint should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of the trip.
Resolution Process: We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Clients will be informed of the steps taken to address their concerns.

12. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad.
Compliance with Laws: Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations during their travels.

13. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: All content on the Great India Planner website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Great India Planner and is protected by copyright laws.
Usage Restrictions: Clients may not use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

14. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

15. Entire Agreement
Full Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with the booking confirmation and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Great India Planner.
Amendments: Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By booking with Great India Planner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
